Evaluation and Monitoring Training Course

Funders and commissioners regularly ask for evidence that work has been completed successfully and their investment has been used properly.
This 2-hour session will help you to plan your evaluation and monitoring activities. The session will use theory of change and other tools to help you to think about how to structure your monitoring tasks.

Minute Taking Course
15 April 2026 - 1:00pm to 3:00pm
This 2-hour session will equip you with the skills and understanding how to produce minutes that record meetings and decisions and enable you to support your committee or board to keep track of decisions, reports and attendance. With lots of experience in this role, Ruth and John can provide useful tips and practical ideas to simplify the work of the Secretary or Minute Secretary.
