For a long time, central government has been trying to encourage statutory bodies to enable Voluntary and Community Sector Organisations to take over the running of unused or underused assets for the benefit of the community. There have been some good success stories, and sadly some transfers that look more like the transfer of liabilities.
This 2-hour session will provide lots of very helpful information, and there will be time to answer your questions towards the end of the session.
