Middlesbrough Adverse Childhood Experience Project is an innovative, new approach to multi-agency working to support children and families with adverse childhood experiences. A partnership of agencies, supported by Middlesbrough Children's Trust, will be launching this new project early in 2019. This event is for voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) to learn about the research around adverse childhood experience (ACE), the scope of the Middlesbrough project and an opportunity for relevant VCOs to support the project.
The project will focus upon families identified from two schools, Ayresome Academy and Thorntree Academy and will therefore be of particular interest to organisations which cover those localities of Middlesbrough.
